We will offer proof of the portraits before the product is being embroidered.

We are happy to do reasonable revisions to make the portraits look as closely as possible to your pets. Strictly no returns will be accepted on our custom embroidered products. Processing time is three weeks for the custom pet portrait embroidered products and the days we wait to receive a reply from you won't be counted towards the processing time.
